Additionally, you will have access to apipeline of potential clientsfrom day one and receive full support from our team.About the RoleAs aFull-Cycle Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing. Your mission will be toexpand Maite.ai’s impact in law firms, consultancies, accounting firms, and corporate legal departments, helping legal professionals integrate AI into their daily work.What You’ll Do✅ Prospect and generate leads in the legal sector.
✅ Manage theentire sales pipeline: qualification, demos, and contract closures.
✅ Deliver product presentations andlive demonstrationsto law firms, consultancies, and corporate legal teams.
✅ Negotiate and close deals, ensuring each client fully understands Maite.ai’s value.
✅ Leverage AI and advanced tools to optimize the sales process and improve conversion rates.
✅ Follow up and manage clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
✅ Collaborate directly withmarketing and product teamsto continuously improve client acquisition.What We’re Looking ForB2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or technology.
Strongnegotiation and closing skills.
Ownership mindset: ability to self-manage and focus on results.
Strongorganization and discipline.
Fluency in English(mandatory). Proficiency in other languages is a plus, especially French.
Ambition and motivationto exceed targets and contribute to Maite.ai’s growth.
Interest in AI and its impact on the world.

Performance-based variable compensation: uncapped commission on sales.
