Full-Stack Developer (React / TypeScript / Java / Golang)

We’re hiring Full-Stack Developers to support development and DevOps for customer-facing platforms including web and self-service portals. You’ll join a collaborative team where quality, ownership and continuous improvement are key.

✅ Key responsibilities
Full-stack development and DevOps responsibilities across web platforms
Contribute to delivery, improve features, and resolve issues proactively
Work closely with the team to support and coach junior developers
Maintain high standards in performance, security and test coverage

✅ Must-haves
Proven full-stack experience
Strong English communication
Practical AI usage (e.g. GitHub Copilot )
Tech stack: React, TypeScript, Java, Golang, Node, MariaDB, Elasticsearch
DevOps tooling: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, GitHub Actions
Quality-driven approach (unit testing, secure development, performance focus)

⭐ Nice to have
Telco knowledge
TM Forum Open Digital Architecture experience
Strong Agile/Scrum experience (Scrum Master a plus)
Salesforce API experience
Web analytics (GA4)
Experience experimenting with new concepts/ideas
