Do you have previous experience as IT SUPPORT L2? (100% Teletrabajo-Mandatory to reside in Spain )! - Inglés C1. You will be part of a team of colleagues working on an international project in the automotive sector! What We’re Looking For: • Experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud environments • Analytical, problem-solving, and effective communication skills • Ability to work in a team and with stakeholders from diverse cultures • Agility and a mindset of continuous learning • C1 level spoken English Responsabilities : • Efficiently resolve and prioritize IT issues • Document and continuously improve support processes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and train colleagues Nice To Have: • Knowledge of DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins) and tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence • Familiarity with sales or accounting processes and experience with cloud architectures (AWS, certifications are a plus) Conditions: FULLREMOTE Fluent English & Spanish (C1) Want to know more? xqbhyrx Click here and find out!
