We are still looking for the very Top Talent… We are looking for a strategic and operationally driven Functional Product Owner to lead the Banking branches solution within our SaaS Assisted Channels platform. The selected candidate will be responsible for defining and evolving the end-to-end servicing, operational, and customer interaction capabilities used across Bank Branches. We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large-scale technologic solutions to big companies.Key Responsibilities:Own the functional vision and roadmap of the Branch Channels platform, defining and prioritizing capabilities for Branch servicing workflows, operational processes, Customer View, Appointment and Visit Management, Device Management, Queue and shift management.Collaborate with country programs to (1) understand branch operational needs, (2) identify reusable general capabilities, (3) evaluate local requirements versus global product opportunities.Translate business and operational needs into Functional definitions, User stories and servicing requirements for the IT teams.Coordinate with technical teams and participate actively in backlog prioritization, release planning, functional validation and Stakeholder management. xcskxlj Define and evolve operational use cases related to Customer onboarding, Teller and cashier operations, Appointment management, Device integration within branches, Customer identification and authentication, Branch productivity and operational efficiency.#J-18808-Ljbffr
