Preference will be given to those who have assisted in establishing teams or departments within a company. 5. Work experience in a global company, with preference for those with experience in a Global CRO. 6. Dedicated to their job, good at communicating and collaborating with the team, and have a good image. 7. Fluent in both Chinese and English.
