As Global Head of HSSE, you will shape and govern a unified global safety, security and environment strategy for a scalable, international logistics group. You will advise the CEO and executive team, embed zero-harm and sustainability into operations, and lead risk management, compliance and performance across regions and product lines. You will drive global emergency preparedness, training and continuous improvement using data-driven insights. This is a high-impact leadership role with a clear connection to safety, resilience and responsible growth.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Develop and execute a global HSSE strategy and governance framework aligned with objectives and best practices• Define global HSSE policies, standards and KPIs across regions and product lines• Advise CEO on HSSE risks, performance and regulatory trends• Ensure HSSE principles are integrated into strategy, investments and asset management• Oversee global HSSE risk management and business continuity programs• Lead global emergency preparedness and resilience initiatives• Implement and maintain ISO 45001-aligned safety management across warehouses, transport, and sites• Lead investigations of serious incidents and drive root-cause analyses and corrective actions• Utilize digital tools and analytics to monitor HSSE performance and drive improvement• Develop a global security framework covering facilities, transport and cargo protection• Ensure compliance with ISPS, TAPA, AEO, C-TPAT and related standards• Lead environmental initiatives to reduce footprint and drive sustainability in operations• Oversee audits, reporting xcskxlj and regulatory engagements; monitor HSSE regulations and trendsResponsabilidades• Experience in global HSSE leadership at scale• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and related safety standards• Strong risk management, compliance and governance capabilities• Ability to interact with CEO and executive management• Experience in security management and crisis response• Familiarity with environmental management and sustainability initiatives• Experience in audits, reporting and regulatory engagementsRequisitos principales•
