You are part of the Sika Identity & Access Management (IAM) team, responsible for building and supporting Sika’s global IAM solution. You are responsible for managing IAM-related projects and change requests. You are in frequent contact with various IAM stakeholders. You drive, together with the team, the rollout and development of Sika’s IAM solutions in close cooperation with other IT teams.
Building and maintaining the IAM platform
Setting up and maintaining identities, accounts, groups, resources, rules, and policies
Gathering requirements, development planning, architecture planning, and documentation
Business continuity testing, performance testing, and other testing activities
Receiving and creating support tickets (incident management) and change requests (change management) for the IAM platform
Coordinating the support solutions with the IAM vendor and other internal or external stakeholders globally
Coordinating and executing bulk and mass changes of identities and other data
Organizing workshops and meetings with various stakeholders
Requisitos
2+ years of relevant experience in IAM system administration of complex multinational ICT services. Certifications in IAM, infrastructure, or security are considered a plus.
Experience with:
IAM processes, identity lifecycle management, provisioning, recertification, etc.
IAM products and tools (please list experience with each major tool)
Integration with SuccessFactors or other HR systems, as well as various target systems
Complex central IT systems globally, with wide variety of integrations
Programming and scripting skills are considered a plus, e.g. PowerShell
Soft skills
Good interpersonal teamworking skills
Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision (self‑driven person)
Ability to identify improvement opportunities and plan the steps needed
Preparing/executing changes with high accuracy and reliability
Excellent communication skills in English, spoken and written
