Experteer Overview As Automation u0026amp; Process Control lead, you will define and govern global OT standards for Level 1–2 industrial control across Taste sites. You will act as the technical authority for process control and OT infrastructure, guiding modernization and standardization while reducing vendor lock-in. You’ll collaborate with sites to deploy, validate, and sustain these standards, driving reliability, cost efficiency, and cross-site consistency. This role offers impact across multiple sites in Spain, Turkey, and Slovenia within a collaborative, innovation-driven team.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Define and govern global, vendor-agnostic standards and reference architectures for PLC/HMI/SCADA/DCS
- Establish standard URS/FRS frameworks for design, vendor engagement, and lifecycle management
- Drive harmonization of ICS architectures across Taste and reduce reliance on proprietary ecosystems
- Create and maintain knowledge base of approved vendors, technologies, configurations, and design patterns
- Serve as technical authority for process control and OT infrastructure across sites
- Identify and prioritize modernization opportunities and support upgrades, SCADA/historian deployments, and infrastructure modernization
- Support commissioning, FAT/SAT, validation of OT systems and capture lessons learned to refine standards
- Provide remote support for complex control system troubleshooting and architecture decisions
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent execution across sitesResponsabilidades
- 8+ years in batch process industries (biotech, food ingredients, specialty chemicals, pharma)
- Strong hands-on experience with PLC/DCS systems
- Experience with SCADA/HMI platforms
- Industrial networks and OT infrastructure knowledge
- Experience driving/global deployments
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive compliance
- Solid understanding of industrial communication protocols (PROFINET, PROFIBUS, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, OPC)
