Experteer Overview In this role you lead IFRS tax provisioning and group reporting for the EMEA region within Fagron's Shared Service Center in Barcelona. You will collaborate with the Global Tax Leader, group finance, and local controllers across jurisdictions to manage the tax reporting lifecycle from quarterly provisions to annual reconciliations and CIT filings. You’ll drive compliance, data integrity, and process improvements in a cross-functional, international environment. This position offers impact on global tax strategy and reporting quality, with exposure to Pillar Two, CbCR, and Mu0026amp; A tax workstreams.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Prepare and review quarterly and annual IFRS tax provisions (IAS 12) for EMEA entities, including current and deferred tax
- Contribute to consolidated group tax provision with global and local teams
- Prepare tax-related disclosure notes for IFRS financial statements
- Maintain and roll forward deferred tax balances including PPA adjustments at group level
- Support return-to-provision (RTP) process and reconcile provisions to filed tax returns
- Coordinate CIT return process for EMEA entities with local advisors and finance teams
- Prepare/review tax provisions in local statutory accounts bridging IFRS and local GAAP
- Monitor CIT payment obligations and advance schedules across EMEA
- Support implementation and operation of OneStream tax reporting module
- Develop standardized tax reporting packs and data templates across EMEA
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline tax reporting processes
- Contribute to group tax reporting framework including entity tiering and materiality thresholds
- Support Pillar Two / GloBE data collection and reporting, CbCR data preparation
- Contribute to Mu0026A tax workstreams including post-acquisition integration
- Participate in tax governance, transfer pricing documentation, or tax risk assessmentsResponsabilidades
- University degree in tax, accounting, finance, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in tax reporting, tax accounting, or international tax compliance
- Strong knowledge of IAS 12 and IFRS tax provisioning in multi-entity environments
- Experience with CIT compliance across multiple European jurisdictions
- Familiarity with deferred tax accounting (temporary differences, losses, valuation allowances)
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Experience with OneStream, SAP BPC, or comparable consolidation/tax reporting platforms preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets
- Structured, detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple deadlines across jurisdictionsRequisitos principales
