Opdenergy is a growing independent renewable energy producer (IPP) with presence in Europe, United States and Latin America with more than 21 years’ experience. The company develops, builds, finances, manages and operates high quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2,6 GW (1,3 operational and + 1,3 ready to build / under construction) assets in operations and construction, whole portfolio under development sums up to over 18 GW.We are currently looking for a Treasury Specialist to join our Sevila team.What will you help with?Prepare, review and monitor the Group's daily cash position.Manage and optimize the Group's cash flow and liquidity across multiple jurisdictions.Execute and oversee domestic and international payment processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely resolution of any incidents.Maintain and optimize the Treasury Management System (SAGE XRT), improving bank connectivity, payment automation and treasury reporting.Lead and participate in Treasury transformation initiatives focused on automation, process standardization and operational efficiency.Develop, review and maintain Treasury policies, procedures and internal controls.Manage relationships with banking partners and support the implementation of new banking products and services.Support financing transactions, refinancing processes and treasury-related corporate projects when required.Support internal and external audit processes by providing Treasury documentation and ensuring compliance with internal policies.Perform month-end Treasury closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting.Collaborate closely with Accounting, FP&A, Tax and local Finance teams across different countries to ensure efficient cash management and treasury operations.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to the digitalization of Treasury processes.Who you areBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Cash Management or a similar role within an international company.Advanced English (C1).Strong knowledge of SAP.Proven experience working with Treasury Management Systems (SAGE XRT, Kyriba, SAP TRM or similar).Advanced Excel skills.Solid understanding of cash management, payment processes, bank connectivity and treasury controls.Experience managing relationships with financial institutions.Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic international environment.Proactive attitude with a continuous improvement mindset.What do we offer?Hybrid model with 2 flexible days a week working from home.Stable employment based on a permanent contract.Real chances to grow inside a global, multicultural environment.Free snacks and well-equipped facilities.We're an equal opportunity employer.
