EBRO is a growing automotive OEM focused on innovation, quality, and sustainable mobility. As part of our strategic expansion in the automotive industry, we are launching a Graduate Program designed to develop young talent and future professionals within our organization. We are looking for a highly motivated graduate to join our Used Cars (VO) Departmen t. This Graduate Program offers a structured development path where participants will gain hands-on experience in used vehicle sales, remarketing strategies, stock management, pricing, and customer experience within the VO business . Key Responsibilitie s:Support the management and development of the used vehicles business, including dealer networks, remarketing channels, and B2B/B2C operation s.Assist in analyzing VO sales performance, stock rotation, residual values, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and margin optimizatio n.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Aftersales teams to support VO initiatives and ensure a seamless customer journe y.Monitor key VO KPIs such as stock aging, margins, pricing positioning, and sales conversion rates, preparing reports and insights for decision-makin g.Support the preparation of pricing strategies, vehicle valuation analyses, and commercial campaigns for the VO channe l.Assist in the coordination and follow-up of vehicle sourcing, refurbishment processes, logistics, and delivery operation s.Participate in projects related to VO business development, digitalization, process optimization, and remarketing tool s.Support the launch and positioning of used vehicle programs, certified used car schemes, and related service s.Prepare reports, presentations, and business reviews for internal stakeholders and management team s.Contribute to the continuous improvement of VO processes, dealer support tools, and customer satisfaction initiative s. Candidate Profi le:Recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Marketing, or related field s).Degree or Master obtained within the last three years and officially recognized or homologated in Spain, in order to comply with the requirements for a Graduate / Training Contract under Spanish labor regulatio ns.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with interest in pricing, margins, and stock manageme nt.Interest in the automotive industry, particularly in used vehicles, remarketing, and commercial operations (B2B and B2 C).Excellent communication and teamwork abiliti es.Native-level Spanish and a minimum B2 level of English (written and spoken). Additional languages will be considered a pl us.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoin t).Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a dynamic and fast-growing environme nt.
