The Role Chekin is looking for someone to be the bridge between product and revenue. Your mandate is to turn every product update into clear positioning and qualified pipeline, and to build growth systems (inbound, outbound, and conversion optimization) powered by AI and automation. You will report to leadership and have real autonomy to define and execute GTM strategy, demand generation, feature adoption, and pipeline quality. You think in pipeline and quota, not task lists, and you treat every message, page, or channel as a hypothesis to be tested. What You'll Do GTM and Product Marketing Turn new features into differentiated positioning and messaging, and turn that messaging into tangible pipeline. Lead product launches across multiple European markets, with aligned messaging, localized landing pages, and content. Enable Sales with narratives, materials, calculators, and case studies that help close deals. Design feature adoption systems for existing customers. Growth and Demand Generation Scale inbound pipeline globally, prioritizing quality (SQLs) over volume and keeping a close eye on CAC efficiency. Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, and work with the in-house payments specialist and with paid/SEO agencies. Build and validate an outbound engine for mid-market hotels and chains (Clay + Lemlist, HubSpot nurturing), with strong deliverability discipline and a clear handoff agreement with Sales. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Lead CRO projects across landing pages, forms, demos, and the sign-up and purchase journey. Define hypotheses, success criteria, and an experiment roadmap (A/B tests, messaging improvements, UX, and calls to action), and document learnings. Improve conversion at every funnel stage: visit to lead, lead to SQL, SQL to opportunity, and opportunity to closed deal. Data, AI, and Automation Own reporting and analysis across HubSpot, GA4, Google Ads, and the CRM: funnels, CAC/LTV, conversion rates, and revenue impact. Build AI and automation workflows (Claude, ChatGPT, Clay, Make/n8n, HubSpot workflows) for research, scoring, campaign optimization, and reporting. Set up a feedback loop with AEs and document playbooks. Suggested Plan First 30 days: Immersion in the product, systems (HubSpot, GA4, Google Ads), and teams. Funnel audit and identification of CRO quick wins. Definition of the initial pipeline strategy and a first message test with success criteria defined up front. Days 30--60: Launch of adoption systems and sales enablement. First multi-market GTM launches. First CRO experiments live in production. Kickoff of the outbound engine and AI-powered workflows. Days 60--90: Consolidation of the product-to-revenue bridge. CRO roadmap in motion, outbound with validated signal (indicative target of a sustained 8--10% reply rate), and assessment of impact on SQLs and CAC. Up to 180 days: Playbooks that work across more than one market or ICP, and predictable, quota-attributable growth. What We're Looking For Must-Have 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing or product marketing, with a proven track record of qualified pipeline in mid-market and enterprise. Strong GTM skills: the ability to turn product updates into clear messaging and tangible results. Product sense: you understand the product, its users, and the value each feature delivers. Demonstrable experience with CRO projects (testing, funnel analysis, landing page and conversion flow improvements). Advanced Google Ads experience. Experience executing strategies across multiple European markets. 2+ years of HubSpot experience and a strong analytical foundation (funnels, CAC/LTV, conversion). AI-native mindset: daily use of AI and automation (Claude, ChatGPT, Clay, Make/n8n, Zapier, HubSpot workflows). Autonomy, initiative, and a results-driven mindset. Nice-to-Have Experience building outbound from scratch (Clay/Apify, Lemlist/Smartlead/Instantly), with knowledge of deliverability. International expansion into new markets. Positioning and messaging frameworks. Advanced marketing and sales automation systems. Experience with per-prospect personalization tools (e.g., Enginy). Enough SEO and paid knowledge to brief agencies and read results. What We Offer Competitive base salary, plus a bonus tied to role objectives. Remote work from anywhere in Spain, or a hybrid model at the Tenerife office. A strategic role with real impact on market expansion. Professional growth at a fast-scaling international company. A collaborative, innovative, and ambitious team culture. #J-18808-Ljbffr
