How will you make a difference? • Oversee the overall guest experience: Ensure personalized service from pre-arrival through post check-out, maintaining consistency and excellence at every touchpoint. • Manage VIP guests and special experiences: Coordinate exclusive details and tailored services that exceed expectations. • Anticipate guest needs and personalize stays: Analyze guest preferences, history, and opportunities to surprise and build loyalty. • Handle incidents and sensitive situations: Act promptly with empathy, discretion, and professionalism in any circumstance that may impact the guest experience. • Monitor reputation and satisfaction: Review surveys, online reviews, and quality metrics, proposing and implementing continuous improvement actions. • Coordinate with all departments: Facilitate cross-departmental communication to ensure an experience aligned with luxury standards and the METT philosophy. • Support the management of the Front Desk and Welcome Team (Bell Team). Are you the person we are looking for? • Proven experience in Guest Experience or Guest Relations: Minimum of 3 years in luxury hotels or high-end resorts. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: A warm, polished, and highly guest-oriented profile. • Leadership and influencing skills: Ability to guide teams and foster a strong service culture throughout the hotel. • Proficiency in languages and hotel systems: Advanced English and knowledge of Spanish; additional languages are a plus. Experience with PMS systems and guest satisfaction tracking tools. • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset: Able to combine a personalized approach with performance analysis and continuous improvement.
