Here, your talent will be valued, and every day you will have the opportunity to elevate the guest experience, ensuring that every stay is unique, personalized, and unforgettable. /ppbr/ppbJoin METT Marbella – Estepona as a Guest Experience Manager and lead excellence at every stage of the guest journey. /b /ppbr/ppbHow will you make a difference? /b /ppb• Oversee the overall guest experience: /b Ensure personalized service from pre-arrival through post check-out, maintaining consistency and excellence at every touchpoint. /pp•b Manage VIP guests and special experiences: /bCoordinate exclusive details and tailored services that exceed expectations. /ppb• Anticipate guest needs and personalize stays: /bAnalyze guest preferences, history, and opportunities to surprise and build loyalty. /pp•b Handle incidents and sensitive situations: /bAct promptly with empathy, discretion, and professionalism in any circumstance that may impact the guest experience. /ppb• Monitor reputation and satisfaction: /bReview surveys, online reviews, and quality metrics, proposing and implementing continuous improvement actions. /ppb• Coordinate with all departments: /b Facilitate cross-departmental communication to ensure an experience aligned with luxury standards and the METT philosophy. /ppb• Support /b the management of the Front Desk and Welcome Team (Bell Team). /ppbr/ppbAre you the person we are looking for? /b /ppb• Proven experience in Guest Experience or Guest Relations: /bMinimum of 3 years in luxury hotels or high-end resorts. /ppb• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: /bA warm, polished, and highly guest-oriented profile. /ppb• Leadership and influencing skills: /bAbility to guide teams and foster a strong service culture throughout the hotel. /pp• bProficiency in languages and hotel systems: /b Advanced English and knowledge of Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
