Experteer Overview In this role you will manage the Spain Programme's master schedule, quality gates and risk processes, coordinating with ECG, suppliers, and subsidiaries. You will engage with MoD, Mintur and customers, ensure interface with all partners, and support offers and contract negotiations through signature. You drive governance and information flow to management and customers, while upholding compliance and integrity as the foundation of the company’s success. This position offers cross‑functional collaboration and a meaningful impact on program delivery in Spain.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Manage master schedule, quality gates (Programme Quality gates) and risk management for the Spain Programme
- Coordinate Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and allocate work across ECG and subsidiaries
- Oversee main national suppliers relationships in line with workshare
- Follow up on GFEs and related reporting
- Prepare regular information for management, KAM and customers
- Ensure Spanish customers' analysis needs are met
- Support offers preparation and contracts negotiation up to signature
- Maintain relationships and reporting with MoD and Mintur (pre-funding administrator)
- Maintain operational authority for relevant groups and individuals contributing to Spain Programme activities
- Interface with partners and customers for the Spain Programme
- Coordinate processes OP/FC, CtC in Spain
- Identify and address potential compliance risks and act with integrityResponsabilidades
