Experteer Overview As Head of SaaS AI, you drive AI product innovation across team.Blue’s SaaS brands and align their AI roadmaps with the group’s AI u0026amp; Data strategy. You collaborate with brand teams to shape AI product roadmaps, design solution architectures, and enable shared value creation. You act as the liaison between brands and the central AI function, enabling rapid decision-making and cross-brand alignment. This role suits a strategic, hands-on AI leader who can scale AI initiatives across a diverse portfolio.Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Shape brand AI roadmaps and drive AI product innovation for brand growth and group priorities
- Serve as a sounding board for brand teams on AI product development

- Assist due diligence of prospective AI-powered products on feasibility and defensibility
- Act as liaison between brands and the group AI u0026 Data function for unified topics
- Coordinate AI initiatives and roadmaps across brands and group function
- Ensure clear communication, prioritization, and governance with executive stakeholders
- Maintain visibility of brand activities, timelines, risks, and resource availability with strategic briefingsResponsabilidades
- 5+ years shipping AI products to real end users in SaaS or similar
- Strong technical background in AI u0026 Data and business implications
- Experience shaping and managing AI/product roadmaps with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Effective communicator balancing strategic alignment with local autonomy
- Ability to operate at strategic and technical levels across teams
- Structured, analytical mindset for turning inputs into actionable direction
