To get there, we're hiring aHead of Designto elevate design into a strategic pillar of the company.The Head of Design will lead and scale a multidisciplinary team of5 Product Designers, 1 UX Researcher, and 1 Content Designer . You will co‐own brand and marketing design with the CMO, and be a key stakeholder in shaping product strategy with the CPO. This role is about much more than visual polish : you will make design a lever forproduct differentiation, customer adoption, and market leadership .
