We are seeking a senior, hands‑on HR leader to build and scale the HR function from the ground up within a fast‑growing fintech environment. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in high‑growth, regulated industries and is confident operating at both strategic and operational level.Key RequirementsExtensive experience in fintech, payments, banking, or crypto environmentsStrong background working within regulated industries and understanding compliance‑driven HR frameworksProven track record of building HR functions, processes, and teams from scratchFluent Russian speaker (mandatory)Willingness to relocate to ValenciaStrong leadership presence with excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at senior levelKey ResponsibilitiesBuild and structure the HR function from the ground up, defining scalable frameworks and processesDesign and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal governance aligned with regulatory requirementsLead end‑to‑end talent acquisition strategy across all business functions (Sales, Compliance, Product, Operations, etc.)Develop and embed performance management frameworks, including KPIs, OKRs, and evaluation processesOwn the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, development, and retention strategiesPartner with leadership on organisational design and workforce planning to support rapid scalingDrive company culture, internal communications, and employee engagement initiativesDesign and manage compensation structures, benefits frameworks, and incentive programmes#J-18808-Ljbffr
