You will lead internal IT operations across service management, workplace technology, user access, equipment lifecycle, vendor management, and AI enablement for internal functions. Your role is to ensure core IT services are reliable, scalable, and well governed, while balancing user experience, security, innovation, and cost. You will work closely with People, Security, Finance, Legal, and department leads to support onboarding, off‑boarding, access control, procurement, and day‑to‑day IT operations across an integral organization. You will also drive adoption of AI tools that improve productivity and workflows, while establishing clear guardrails for secure, compliant, and responsible use. This role is hands‑on in execution, while also responsible for building structure, standards, and a long‑term roadmap for the internal IT landscape.Key responsibilitiesOwn the internal IT service management setup, including request handling, incident management, prioritization, and SLA trackingEnsure employees receive timely, high‑quality support for workplace technology and access‑related needsDefine and improve support processes, service catalogues, and internal documentationMonitor service performance and drive continuous improvement based on trends and feedbackOwn the corporate IT landscape, including end‑user tools, identity and access setup, collaboration systems, and workplace technologyMaintain a clear roadmap for tool standardization, lifecycle management, and process automationEnsure core internal systems are reliable, secure, and fit for business needsOversee procurement, provisioning, tracking, and lifecycle management of company devices and related equipmentEnsure smooth onboarding, role changes, and off‑boarding through effective equipment and access processesMaintain accurate IT asset inventory and clear ownership recordsDefine hardware standards and replacement cycles aligned with operational and budget needsManage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, including selection, renewals, performance reviews, and issue escalationSupport IT budget planning, cost control, and license optimization across the corporate IT stackDrive adoption of approved AI tools and automation solutions that improve productivity, service quality, and operational efficiencyEstablish guardrails for AI usage, including tool approval criteria, data handling standards, access controls, and coordination with Security, Legal, and relevant stakeholdersLead and develop the corporate IT function, including prioritization, workload planning, and capability buildingPartner with People, Finance, Legal, Security, and department leaders on company‑wide IT needsTranslate business requirements into practical IT solutions, standards, and implementation plansJob requirements6‑10+ years of experience in corporate IT, internal IT, workplace technology, or IT operations roles, including leadership responsibilityProven experience owning or scaling IT service management and internal support operations in a growing technology companyStrong understanding of identity and access management, endpoint lifecycle management, SaaS administration, and collaboration toolsExperience with IT asset management, procurement processes, and vendor managementTrack record of improving IT processes, documentation, automation, and service qualityPractical experience evaluating, rolling out, or governing AI tools for internal productivity or operational use casesAbility to define pragmatic guardrails for AI adoption, including security, access, compliance, and acceptable use considerationsAbility to balance user experience, security, operational reliability, innovation, and cost efficiencyExperience working cross‑functionally with People, Finance, Legal, Security, and business stakeholdersHands‑on, pragmatic mindset with the ability to switch between strategic planning and operational executionNice‑to‑HavesExperience in Web3, crypto, or other fast‑scaling international technology environmentsFamiliarity with MDM, SSO, device compliance, and zero‑touch provisioning practicesExperience implementing or improving ITIL‑based service management processesExposure to audit, compliance, or policy
