pbu Head of Legal - Corporate | MadridA high-growth international technology and infrastructure company is seeking a Head of Legal to lead legal matters across its European operations.Reporting directly to the general Head of Legal, this is a rare opportunity to join a business at a pivotal stage of growth and play a key role in supporting its European expansion.The RoleYou will act as a trusted adviser to senior leadership on a broad range of strategic, commercial and operational matters, including:Corporate transactions, acquisitions and strategic investmentsCommercial contracts and partnership arrangementsInfrastructure development and construction projectsCorporate governance and complianceRegulatory matters and risk managementManagement of external legal advisers across multiple jurisdictionsLeadership, development and management of legal resources within the European businessThis is a highly visible role with significant autonomy and exposure to senior stakeholders across the business.Candidate ProfileWe are interested in speaking with lawyers who have:Approximately 12-18 years’ legal experienceStrong corporate and commercial legal expertiseExperience gained in private practice, in‑house, or a combination of bothExposure to infrastructure, energy, digital infrastructure, technology, telecommunications or related sectorsStrong commercial judgement and stakeholder management skillsExperience managing, mentoring or developing legal teams and/or legal resourcesFluent Spanish and English language skillsOpportunityThis is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic international business operating in one of the world’s fastest-growing sectors.
