They’re now looking for a driven and creative Head of Marketing to lead and shape their multi-market strategy – someone who can balance high-level thinking with hands-on delivery.This is a high-impact, remote Head of Marketing role where you’ll lead integrated campaigns across digital, PR, experiential, and events, supported by a talented internal team and a trusted network of agency partners. You’ll also play a key role in delivering two major industry events each year, coordinating all moving parts to ensure a polished, professional experience that truly reflects the organisation’s brand and values.What you’ll be doing:Designing and executing strategic marketing plans across multiple European marketsManaging high-profile press and media campaigns in partnership with a specialist agencyOverseeing experiential activations in both winter and summer seasons to grow brand presenceLeading the planning and delivery of two annual member events in in Spain and GermanyManaging a team, including a Brand Manager and social media leadsWorking closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistencyReporting on campaign performance and applying insights to optimise future strategyPerson Specification:An outgoing, collaborative marketeer who loves working as part of a team – and has a passion for sustainabilityNative-level English is essential; Spanish is a strong advantageExtensive experience in international marketing; food industry experience is a plus but not essentialConfident using online platforms including Trello, Canva, Hubspot, Bitly, and EventTwoProven ability to manage and collaborate with external agenciesComfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomyThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, passionate team with big ambitions – where your ideas will be heard, and your impact will be visible.
