ColdIQ is looking for a Head of Paid Media to own and scale our paid acquisition efforts across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS and revenue-driven campaigns. This is not a classic Ads Manager role. We’re looking for someone who can think strategy, understand B2B sales cycles, and lead paid media conversations with clients,while still being hands‑on when needed. About ColdIQ ColdIQ helps B2B tech companies grow pipeline through modern go‑to‑market systems. We combine outbound, content, data, and paid media to build revenue‑focused GTM strategies for SaaS and AI companies, from early‑stage startups to more mature B2B teams. Paid media is a key pillar of our GTM offering, tightly connected to: outbound and ABM strategies, and long B2B buying cycles. The Role As Head of Paid Media, you will own the paid media strategy and delivery for B2B clients. You won’t just launch campaigns, you’ll be expected to understand the client’s business, pipeline, and ICP, and translate that into effective paid strategies. You’ll work closely with: founders and CMOs on the client side, our outbound and GTM teams internally, and help shape how paid media is delivered at ColdIQ. What You’ll Do Own paid media strategy across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Design B2B‑focused paid strategies aligned with pipeline and revenue goals Build and oversee campaigns for SaaS and B2B clients Define targeting, messaging angles, and funnel structures Report on performance and connect paid media to pipeline outcomes Be client‑facing: explain strategy, results, and next steps clearly Contribute to improving internal paid media processes and standards Have proven experience with LinkedIn Ads (non‑negotiable) Have run paid campaigns in B2B contexts (SaaS, tech, agencies) Understand B2B sales cycles, pipelines, and buying groups Can think beyond “leads” and focus on revenue and opportunities Can operate autonomously and take ownership Are fluent in English (written and spoken) Bonus Points If You: Have worked as a Head of Demand Gen or Growth Marketing Lead Have agency experience with B2B clients Have built ABM‑style paid strategies Have worked closely with sales teams Have experience connecting paid media to CRM data Senior / lead‑level role Hands‑on + strategic Client‑facing Long‑term collaboration potential Freelance or contract setup How to Apply #J-18808-Ljbffr
