This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of PPC and Google Ads specifically.ResponsibilitiesLead a PPC team of experienced Google Ads professionals, managing high budgets across multiple accountsOversee the team’s activities, provide professional insights and recommendations, and support them in achieving their goalsCommunicate regularly with management, delivering comprehensive summaries and performance reportsEvaluate account performance and identify areas for improvementClosely work with our dedicated team at Google to leverage their insightsDevelop and refine processes to enhance account management, testing, and overall team efficiencySuggest innovative ideas, strategies and technologiesStay updated with industry trends and best practices, sharing them with the teamRequirementsMinimum of 4 years of experience in managing a PPC team with a strong focus on Google Ads.At least 8 years’ experience managing Google Ads accountsStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a teamProven expertise in managing high-budget Google Ads campaigns (€500k+ monthly spend), preferably across multiple accountsExperience in running app campaigns on Google AdsStrong analytical skills, proficient in Google Analytics and other measurement tools.Communicative and able to summarize information efficientlySpanish at mother tongue levelFluent in English, both written and spokenCreative mindset, able to provide constructive feedback to creative teamsFamiliar with other PPC platforms (Facebook, Bing) is a plusDemonstrated ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in the online gambling industry – advantage
