Position SummaryWe are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Head of Sales to lead our general expansion. This senior leader will drive new customer acquisition, manage strategic alliances, and optimize commercial processes to scale revenue and strengthen brand presence across key markets.ResponsibilitiesLead, inspire, and manage the Sales Executive team across different regions to ensure strong performance aligned with the go-to-market strategy.Define and continuously develop our sales strategy in line with business targets and goals.Set clear goals and KPIs, run structured 1:1s and team meetings, and design tailored development plans.Collaborate closely with Marketing to improve lead quality, analyzing trends by country and sector.Supervise the execution of prospecting cadences, analyzing open, click, and response metrics to maximize conversion.Lead the acquisition, vetting, and reconnection with strategic partners globally.Optimize joint commercial processes with partners to expand current sales goals.Perform market and competitor trend analysis to identify new business opportunities.Monitor pipeline quality and volume, supporting Sales Executives throughout the sales cycle and fostering cross‑functional collaboration.Analyze feedback to optimize product development and marketing activities.Report on KPIs to the executive leadership team and use data to develop strategy and goal‑setting.Contribute to long‑term process building and optimizing to ensure scalability within the organization.Ensure that our products and services accurately address customer demands.Research and discover new business opportunities and go beyond what's being asked for.Desired SkillsProven success within a leadership role in a high‑growth SaaS sales organization.5+ years of experience within sales, preferably within B2B SaaS organizations and edtech.Strong track record in building and scaling high‑performing teams, recruiting top talent, and designing onboarding/training programs.Expertise in LinkedIn networking and outreach tools.Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and decision‑making skills.Excellent communication and public‑speaking abilities.Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of French is welcome.Experience remotely managing a globally‑based team across multiple time zones.BenefitsCompetitive salary, bonus, and attractive benefits.Global career path for specialists and leadership.Tailored training and development opportunities.International and inspirational working environment with a dynamic work culture.
