Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Secondary and Sixth Form stages. Your role will combine academic oversight, staff leadership, and student wellbeing within a multicultural environment. As Head of Secondary, you will ensure that students receive a well‑rounded, rigorous education while supporting staff and aligning Secondary and Sixth Form stages with the school's mission and international context.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
Native or fluent English proficiency with experience teaching at Secondary and Sixth Form levels
Familiarity with international curricula and the International Baccalaureate programme
Strong leadership and vision, setting a clear direction for the school, inspiring staff, and creating a positive culture focused on achievement and growth
Effective communication with teachers, students and families, both listening and expressing ideas well
Handling complex situations (discipline, staffing, curriculum changes) and making fair, timely decisions
Being approachable, empathetic, and aware of others' needs
Willingness to live and work in Spain
