Factorial is entering a new chapter. What started as an HR platform is evolving into a broader AI company that helps businesses connect their operations, make better decisions, and get work done. As our product and ambition expand, the way people discover and evaluate business software is changing too. Traditional search engines are increasingly joined by AI-powered platforms, LLMs, and new ways of discovering products. This creates a significant opportunity for Factorial to rethink how we build visibility, attract the right audiences, and turn organic discovery into business growth. As Head of SEO, you will own Factorial's global organic growth strategy, leading our approach across traditional SEO, Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), and AI-powered discovery. Reporting to the Marketing leadership team, you'll lead an international team of four SEO specialists covering France, Germany, Italy, and Spain/Portugal. You'll work closely with Digital Experience, Website, Content, and Performance Marketing teams to ensure our organic presence not only attracts the right audiences but also converts them into qualified demand and revenue. This is a senior leadership role with a strong hands‑on component. We are looking for someone who combines strategic thinking, analytical rigour, and a strong bias towards execution. Your mission is to make Factorial one of the most visible and trusted brands across search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms, turning organic growth into a meaningful driver of pipeline and revenue. What You'll Do Global SEO Strategy & Organic Growth Own Factorial's global organic growth strategy, defining priorities and execution across international markets. Drive ambitious organic growth targets, connected to qualified leads, deals, and MRR. Develop and execute SEO strategies covering technical SEO, content, authority building, and organic visibility. Identify new acquisition opportunities across markets, audiences, and product categories. Establish scalable SEO frameworks and best practices that balance global consistency with local market needs. GEO, AI & The Future of Search Lead Factorial's Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) strategy, increasing our visibility across AI-powered search experiences and LLM platforms. Explore how platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity are changing how businesses discover and evaluate software. Develop strategies to strengthen Factorial's visibility, authority, and relevance in AI-generated answers and recommendations. Experiment with emerging technologies and methodologies to understand how AI is transforming organic discovery. Establish new ways to measure organic visibility beyond traditional rankings and traffic. International Growth & Conversion Own organic performance across our key international markets, identifying opportunities and adapting strategies to local search behaviour. Lead and support local SEO contributors in developing and executing market‑specific strategies. Partner closely with Digital Experience and Website teams to optimise the organic user journey. Apply CRO principles to improve how organic traffic translates into qualified leads, opportunities, and customers. Connect SEO performance with commercial metrics, ensuring decisions are driven by business impact rather than vanity metrics. Improve attribution and reporting to understand organic‑driven pipeline and revenue. Team & Organisational Leadership Lead and develop a team of four mid‑to‑senior SEO specialists covering France, Germany, Italy, and Spain/Portugal. Set clear objectives, priorities, and accountability, creating a high‑performance culture. Coach and develop team members, strengthening their expertise, autonomy, and impact. Maintain a hands‑on approach, combining leadership with direct involvement in strategy, analysis, and execution. Foster collaboration with Marketing, Content, Product Marketing, Digital Experience, and Website teams. What We're Looking For Significant experience in SEO and organic growth, including experience at Head of SEO, SEO Director, or equivalent senior leadership level. A proven track record of delivering substantial organic growth. Experience developing SEO strategies across multiple international markets. Strong technical SEO knowledge, combined with expertise in content strategy, search visibility, and organic acquisition. Experience managing and developing mid‑to‑senior SEO professionals. A highly analytical and data‑driven mindset, able to translate insights into clear priorities and business decisions. Strong understanding of CRO and the relationship between organic acquisition, website experience, and revenue. Genuine curiosity about AI, LLMs, and GEO, with a willingness to experiment and challenge traditional SEO approaches. Experience connecting organic performance with qualified demand, pipeline, conversion rates, and MRR. Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence teams beyond SEO. Comfortable combining strategic leadership with hands‑on execution in a 50/50 or 60/40 leadership‑to‑individual‑contributor role. Proactive, energetic, and growth‑oriented mindset, with a strong bias towards experimentation and execution. Fluent English is required. Nice to Have Experience in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, fintech, or business management software. Experience scaling organic acquisition in high‑growth international technology companies. Experience managing significant SEO budgets across different markets. Experience with AI‑powered SEO tools, automation, and GEO methodologies. Experience navigating category expansion or repositioning from a specialised product to a broader platform. About Factorial Factorial is the AI for Business that knows companies, connects how work happens across the business, and turns that context into action. Founded in Barcelona in 2016, we now have +1,700 employees serving more than 16,000 companies across 112 countries. Factorial started with a simple idea: companies were spending too much time managing processes and not enough time doing the work they were hired to do: their best work. But as companies grow, work gets more disconnected. More people, more tools, more information, and more time spent connecting the dots. Generic AI can answer questions, but it doesn't know your company. Factorial is different. Because it's inside the company, it already knows how it works, including its people, processes, policies, and data. So you can ask it to do real work, from screening candidates and managing expenses to answering questions and creating reports. AI isn't the goal. Giving people back their time is. When work changes, so do we. Our values We own it: We take responsibility for every project. We make decisions, not excuses. We learn and teach: We're dedicated to learning something new every day and sharing it. We partner: Every decision is a team decision. We trust each other. We grow fast: We act fast. We believe the worst mistake is not learning from them. Perks of Being Part of Our Team We care about people, and we also offer a lot of benefits for employees: High-growth, multicultural, and friendly environment Alan as private health insurance Wellhub for a healthy lifestyle Cobee Language classes Breakfast in the office and organic fruit Nora discounts Free caffeine and theine Pet-friendly #J-18808-Ljbffr
