Experteer Overview
As Head of Real Estate Italy, you drive the Italian real estate channel by defining and executing the commercial strategy, building a high-performing team, and managing key accounts. You own the Pu0026amp;L for real estate in Italy and lead negotiations with major partners to accelerate growth. You work cross-functionally to optimize go-to-market models and partnership programs, delivering sustainable revenue and strategic impact. This role offers the chance to shape Europe-wide scale in a dynamic, mission-driven scale-up.

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in Enterprise Sales, Business Development or Strategic Partnerships with team management (or 3+ years in Strategy Consulting with commercial exposure)
• Proven track record closing complex B2B partnerships and managing strategic accounts
• Strong business acumen with revenue targets and/or Pu0026L experience
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into decisions
• Strong leadership to recruit, coach and inspire teams
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, fast-paced mindset
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in Italian and English
