ppAppodeal is looking for a strategic and results‑driven leader to head our User Acquisition efforts. As bHead of User Acquisition /b, you will be responsible for building and executing the UA strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and maximizing ROAS to scale our portfolio of casual, ad‑monetized evergreen mobile games. Your primary goal will be to ensure our apps’ growth and monetization performance is on par with or exceeds that of top competitors. Additionally, you will drive team growth, optimize efficiency, and continuously refine our UA processes. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and execute a comprehensive user acquisition strategy aligned with the company's quarterly and yearly goals. /li liIdentify and pursue growth opportunities to scale user acquisition spend while maximizing ROAS. /li liBuild and scale a high‑performing UA team, establish and optimize media buying processes ensuring operational efficiency and continuous improvement. /li liLead business development efforts, including negotiating and managing partnerships and exclusive deals with networks. /li liCollaborate with engineers to identify automation opportunities for campaign management and reporting. /li liWork closely with the product and monetization team to optimize ARPU. /li liLead and grow the Creative team, setting high‑level goals and ensuring their output supports UA objectives. /li liAnalyze performance data and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders. /li liContinuously monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead in the user acquisition landscape. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li5 years of experience in user acquisition/media buying for mobile app products. /li liProven track record in building and scaling user acquisition strategies with a focus on growth and efficiency. /li liIn‑depth knowledge of various digital buying platforms, including CPI networks, DSPs, Google Ads, etc. /li liStrong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills, with experience working in fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environments. /li liAbility to participate in strategic planning while excelling at day‑to‑day execution and optimization. /li liExcellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments and with stakeholders. /li liExperience in resource allocation, ensuring optimal use of team bandwidth and marketing spend. /li liAdvanced Business English, particularly in writing and speaking. /li /ul h3Nice to Haves /h3 ul liExperience scaling mobile games to top 50 grossing. /li liExperience with mobile casual evergreen games such as puzzles, word games, dominoes, card games, etc. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liWe offer a great product and an amazing, internationally dispersed team. /li liOur mission is simple: to help every person discover and grow their talents. /li liYou will have a direct impact on the company's growth trajectory, leading efforts to scale our games to new heights. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
