BettingJobs are working with a well‐established online crypto casino who are looking to add a Head of VIP to join their team based remotely .Revise detenidamente toda la documentación de la solicitud antes de hacer clic en el botón de solicitar al final de esta descripción.Responsibilities:Own the global VIP portfolio, accountable for revenue, retention, LTV, incentive efficiency, and exposure.Define and manage the VIP framework, including segmentation, tiers, benefits, limits, and engagement strategy.Implement real‐time monitoring, alerts, and decision‐making processes.Make high‐impact commercial decisions on incentives, bespoke offers, limits, and player treatment.Provide regular performance forecasts and strategic insight to senior leadership.Develop and evolve the VIP vision and strategy across all products.Maintain a strong understanding of competitor propositions and player expectations, ensuring a differentiated and defensible VIP offering.Balance short‐term performance with long‐term loyalty, sustainability, and brand positioning.Own the end‐to‐end VIP onboarding and long‐term engagement strategy.Collaborate with CRM, product, acquisition, partnerships, social, and brand teams to scale the VIP portfolio.Oversee VIP social and community channels (X, Discord) as acquisition and engagement tools.Convert partnerships and sponsorships into tangible VIP value and approve high‐impact experiences.Build, lead, and develop the VIP team, defining roles, KPIs, workflows, and performance standards.Establish governance around incentives, risk, exposure, and player treatment.Continuously improve tooling, processes, and automation to drive efficiency and scale.Requirements:5+ years' experience in VIP leadership or high‐value portfolio management within iGaming.Proven commercial ownership of high‐value customer portfolios.Strong analytical and strategic decision‐making skills.Experience building teams and operating models.Deep understanding of competitive VIP landscapes and player behaviour. xcskxlj Comfortable operating in a high‐responsibility, always‐on environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
