We are currently looking for an experienced Head Receptionist to join our new opening in Ibiza. This is a seasonal position. As Head Receptionist, you will lead the Reception team and be the face of COYA, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience from first contact to farewell. You will oversee daily Reception operations, manage reservations effectively, and maintain exceptional service standards while maximising covers and guest satisfaction. Working closely with Operations and Reception Manager, you will lead by example on the floor, mentor your team, and consistently reflect the COYA brand in every interaction. Proven experience as a Head Receptionist in a high-end or luxury hospitality environment
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing, training and motivating teams
- Strong attention to detail and service standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- High level of written and spoken English & Spanish (additional languages are an advantage)
