From our specialized Human Resources Division, we are currently seeking, on behalf of a leading group with multiple sites in Madrid, an HR Manager. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Labour Relations, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong foundation in people management and labour law. A minimum of 10 years of experience in generalist or senior HR roles, ideally within growing organizations requiring the structuring, formalization, and professionalization of HR processes. Previous experience in sectors such as institutions, business schools, student residences, healthcare clinics, or other people-intensive service environments will be highly valued. Proven track record in the design and implementation of HR policies and procedures, including hiring, leave management, absenteeism, onboarding, performance management, training, and development. Solid knowledge of Spanish labour law, personnel administration, and employee relations, with the ability to balance regulatory compliance with business pragmatism. Experience partnering with senior leadership and line managers on organizational design, structure, talent attraction, compensation, and development decisions. Demonstrated ability to lead the HR function with a strategic mindset while maintaining strong operational proximity and day-to-day credibility. High level of English (minimum C1), required due to the group's context and interaction with international environments. Key Responsibilities Lead the evolution of the Human Resources function towards a more structured, strategic, and group-aligned model. Design, formalize, and implement corporate HR policies to ensure consistency across sites and support sound decision-making. Standardize key people processes, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, employee follow-up, leave and absence management, absenteeism, performance management, training, and development. Provide guidance and support to General Management on organizational design, structure, workforce planning, talent strategy, and the evolution of the corporate model. Review and streamline compensation policies, employment conditions, and the employee value proposition, enhancing consistency and a group-wide perspective. Oversee personnel administration and coordination with the outsourced payroll provider, ensuring accuracy, control, and compliance. Lead and develop the current HR team, currently focused on recruitment, expanding its scope towards a more comprehensive and structured HR function. Act as the HR reference point within the management committee/board as the organizational structure becomes more formalized. Assess current tools, systems, and ways of working, proposing improvements in processes and technology to enhance efficiency and scalability.
