In this role you will lead HR operations for the Madrid office, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and ensuring people processes align with firm strategy. You will drive talent management, onboarding, payroll, and policy implementation while supporting cross-border HR initiatives. The position offers early responsibility in shaping local HR practices within a globally focused firm. You will collaborate with partners and managers to foster a high-performing, compliant, and people-centric culture.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Act as the first point of contact for HR matters in the Madrid office• Own end-to-end HR processes with accuracy and issue escalation• Advise senior stakeholders including the Office Managing Partner on people matters• Lead Madrid’s annual people processes (performance reviews, talent mapping, salary reviews)• Support talent management, engagement, and workforce planning in collaboration with leadership• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and immigration matters• Manage changes to terms and conditions, including flexible working and fixed-term extensions• Oversee payroll, benefits, HR systems, and data reporting• Ensure compliance with Spanish law and firm policies across employment lifecycle• Develop local HR templates, guides, and best practices and align with global processesResponsabilidades• Substantial HR experience, preferably in professional services• Strong knowledge of Spanish labour law• Excellent organisation, accuracy, and confidentiality• Proficient in HRIS; Workday experience preferred• Advanced Excel and data reporting skills• Bilingual: xcskxlj English and Spanish (written and spoken)• Commercial, proactive, and able to influence senior stakeholders• Ability to manage high volumes and cross-functional collaboration• Relevant HR qualification or equivalent (desirable)• Native or fluent Spanish speaker with strong reading/writing• Proficient English for business communicationRequisitos principales• competitive reward• recognition based on performance• global opportunities• ambitious culture• ownership of career progression• early responsibility
