Experteer Overview In this role you will support end-to-end recruitment for WPP Production, partnering with hiring managers to define role needs and attract top talent across departments. You will source candidates, screen and coordinate interviews, and manage onboarding and offers, while maintaining data quality in the ATS. You’ll contribute to recruitment strategies and KPI reporting in a global, English-speaking environment. - Assist hiring managers in defining role requirements and core competencies
- Source and market open roles via multiple channels
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes
- Support testing, evaluation and feedback
- Assist with rate discussions, offers and onboarding
- Collaborate with managers to understand current and future recruitment needs
- Build and maintain a broad understanding of the company's talent pool
- Actively source candidates using various platforms, networks and databases
- Ensure candidate data is accurately stored in the ATS and reporting databases
- Produce and support reporting on recruitment KPIs
- Contribute to defining recruiting strategies and performance standards
- Seek new recruitment sources and strengthen relationships with universities and networksResponsabilidades
- Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Labor relations, Business Administration or related field
- Initial experience in recruitment, Talent Acquisition or HR
- Strong interest in recruitment and people-focused environments
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a candidate-focused mindset
- Comfort with digital tools, ATS and basic reporting (Excel)
- High level of English in an international environment
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS tools is a plusRequisitos principales
