Responsibilities：1. Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.2. Onboarding and Offboarding management and employee full life-cycle management3. Employee Certificates Management4. Build and formulate human operation plans, work processes, and service standards to ensure legal compliance, efficient processes, and good employee experience.5. Developing HR policy guidance and interpretation.6. Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.7. HR system data maintenance and digitalization support.Requirements:1. Bachelor degree or above;2. At least 2 years of overseas HR work experience is preferred;3. Fluent in Chinese and English, Spanish is preferred.4. Be proficient in using office software and have good communication skills.
