Who we are:Ventós Group is an international company specialized in the distribution and production of Essential Oils & Aroma Chemicals with the Head Quarters located in Barcelona, Spain. The group has 9 subsidiaries around the world.We believe our people are our most important asset, so we'll offer you a dynamic international working environment with constant opportunities for development.Currently we need to reinforce our team in Ventós Barcelona by adding a HR TechnicianResponsibilities:Personnel selection (publication of offers, CV's selection, interviews)Management of the recruitment process and On-Boarding of new recruitsTermination of staff contracts/dismissalsEntering and updating staff data in the systemManagement of documentation/recordTime management, review of working time records, authorisation of holidays, leave or notification of medical leave, among others.Realization/updating of HR department procedures.Implementation of Human Resources policies and internal communication of these policiesPerformance appraisals and monitoring of the achievement of set targetsFluid communication with the staff of the subsidiariesPreparation of reportsOrganisation of internal/corporate company eventsProfile:At least 2 years previous experience in the Human Resources department, preferably in international companies.Higher education in Labour Relations, Psychology, Business Administration or similar.
