You will be a trusted partner to managers to drive strategic growth and will coach and challenge them to drive workforce performance, providing support in the areas of talent, employee engagement and change management. You will sit within a business unit and partner with senior HR People leaders to interpret business requirements. How You Will Contribute Support and partner with the Senior People Lead on the definition and execution of global and local policy and change initiatives and understand the impacts of the changes planned Partner with function leads and middle managers to collaborate on creating and delivering the functional priorities and plan, providing strategic guidance Leverage data analytics to drive business solutions and decisions, support the delivery of operational processes, and translate insights into actionable plans to impact the bottom line and enable business strategy. Inform and update People Services of any local, legal and regulatory changes in the market Lead and advise on talent management practices within the assigned business unit related to workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy planning, leadership development, employee development, career and succession planning, talent mobility, and approving job requisitions Build end-to‑end capabilities that accelerate consumer‑centric growth and operational excellence Manage works council relations and provide guidance to HR to ensure successful implementation of labor policies and compliance with laws and agreements Consult on overhead management What You Will Bring HR leader with an active curiosity, insight orientation and external perspective about people and business performance Broad generalist HR skills across a range of populations with increasing responsibility ideally within FMCG/CPG Ability to develop strong partnerships with function leaders Ability to create a change strategy and lead complex transformational change Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people Future‑focused by thinking ahead and anticipating new opportunities, leveraging an outside‑in perspective through understanding of market trends More About This Role Support People Lead on labor relations topics Manage generalist HR topics within Viana Plant, including: Location training plan follow‑up Equity Plan Assessment (performance review) Engagement action plan follow‑up Absenteeism action plan follow‑up Requirements Strong Spanish labor law knowledge Experience in manufacturing and unionized environments Experience with Tripartita database (grants management) Strong negotiation and communication skills Fluent in English and Spanish Mundelēz International is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation or preference, gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
