We’re looking for an experienced HRBP to support managers and teams across the EMEA region. What You’ll Do Act as a trusted HRBP for managers: employee relations, performance, development. Lead end-to-end HR Generalist activities: recruitment, onboarding, C&B, and HR admin and payroll coordination when needed. Ensure labor law compliance across EMEA and keep policies aligned with local regulations. Manage and analyse HR metrics to support decision-making. Lead and support talent, performance and capability‑building initiatives. What You Bring 6+ years of experience as HRBP / HR Generalist . Strong employment law knowledge and experience managing employee relations cases. Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills. Fluent English + Spanish.
