We’re looking for an experienced HRBP to support managers and teams across the EMEA region.
Responsibilities
Act as a trusted HRBP for managers: employee relations, performance, development.
Lead end-to-end HR Generalist activities: recruitment, onboarding, C&B, and HR admin and payroll coordination when needed.
Ensure labor law compliance across EMEA and keep policies aligned with local regulations.
Manage and analyse HR metrics to support decision‑making.
Lead and support talent, performance and capability‑building initiatives.
Qualifications
6+ years of experience as HRBP / HR Generalist.
Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills.
Fluent in English & Spanish.
