Upper School IB Business Management Teacher Location: Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid, Spain Start Date: August 2026 We are seeking an Upper School IB Business Management Teacher to teach IBDP Business Management (HL & SL). The candidate should have flexibility to teach Grade 9 and 10 Integrated Social Studies , though this will not be included in the contract. Responsibilities IBDP Business Management (HL & SL) Grade 9–10 Integrated Social Studies (as needed) Upper School Advisory Program Supervise IB Extended Essays Extracurricular activity sponsorship Qualifications Teaching certification + 2 years’ experience (IB preferred) Specialist in IBDP Business Management Experience in integrated Social Studies preferred IB experience is the most important criteria; as an American curriculum school, PGCE/QTS are not required Working Hours: 8:45 a.m. – 4:45 p.m. Salary & Benefits €42,000 – €46,000 Housing allowance: €8,400 per year (taxed benefit) All contracts are permanent under Spanish law International hires: flight (start/end), transition allowance, 5-year housing benefit All staff: private health insurance, Social Security, retirement (5% from year 3), savings plan (year 2), free lunch, staff bus, PD, free tuition for dependents, Spanish lessons Relocation & Visa We provide relocation support through a dedicated agency alongside HR support.
