ph3IIoT DevOps Engineer /h3pLocation: Barcelona, Spain /ppSanofi’s Digital Manufacturing Supply “Solution Engineering Delivery” organization is responsible for creating and maintaining digital solutions used on Sanofi industrial sites to manage manufacturing, quality and administrative processes. The Plant Connectivity team defines, deploys and supports an architecture to collect, store and contextualise production equipment data for digital apps that enhance production quality and efficiency. /ppWe are looking for a skilled IIoT DevOps Engineer to own CI/CD pipelines, release orchestration, and DevSecOps controls to enable repeatable, auditable, and scalable deployments across sites, for both core platform components and site‑level deployments. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to build, test, package, and deploy IIoT platform assets. /liliDefine and maintain branching strategy, versioning rules, and artifact promotion flows. /liliImplement and maintain deployment strategies such as Blue‑green, canary, phased rollout, rollback, and forward‑fix patterns. /liliEnsure deployments are aligned with validation, change control, and audit requirements. /liliDefine and maintain Git workflows for Ignition projects, infrastructure as code, and site‑specific overlays. /liliImprove developer experience with templates, scaffolding, repository standards, and documentation. /liliIntegrate security and quality controls into pipelines, including static analysis, code quality gates, vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and policy‑as‑code checks. /liliMaintain CI/CD artifacts and logs that meet audit trail and validation evidence requirements. /liliEnable traceability from requirements and change requests to commits, builds, releases, and deployments. /liliImplement and operate release orchestration for Kubernetes‑based services and workflow engines. /liliCoordinate releases across cloud services (AWS), edge environments, hybrid integrations, and data pipelines. /liliDefine and maintain environment standards, naming, access control, and separation of duties. /liliEmbed observability into delivery lifecycle: pipeline metrics, failure rates, lead time, deployment frequency, health checks, and SLO input. /liliBuild and maintain operational documentation: runbooks, troubleshooting guides, incident handoffs, release definition of done. /liliCollaborate with Platform Owners, Quality and Validation, Cybersecurity, and Site teams to align delivery policies and RACI. /liliSupport internal teams and SI partners in adopting delivery model consistently. /liliContribute to platform governance, enabling controlled autonomy while maintaining scalability across sites. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli5+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or Platform Engineering roles. /liliHands‑on experience building CI/CD pipelines. /liliStrong Git fundamentals and experience with branching and versioning at scale. /liliExperience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform. /liliExperience with containers and Kubernetes, including packaging, deployment, and troubleshooting. /liliKnowledge of Agile methodology. /liliExperience in regulated environments (Pharma, biological, medical devices, or similar GxP context) is a plus. /liliExperience designing platform plus site customization models for multi‑site deployment is a plus. /liliExperience with GitHub Actions or equivalent tools. /liliExperience with industrial systems (SCADA, MES, IIoT, edge‑to‑cloud architectures) is a plus. /liliFamiliarity with Ignition (Inductive Automation), AWS IoT services (IoT Core, SiteWise), JFrog Artifactory, and enterprise security and code scanning tools is a plus. /liliStrong communication and documentation skills; ability to collaborate across multiple teams. /liliRisk‑based mindset, balancing speed with compliance and safety. /liliFluent in English (verbal and written). /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliCompetitive salary range: €49600 – €74400. /liliHealth and wellness benefits, including high‑quality healthcare and prevention programs. /liliAt least 14 weeks of gender‑neutral parental leave. /liliOpportunities for career growth and international movement. /li /ulh3Employment Terms /h3pThis job requires collaboration in a general and agile environment with multiple stakeholders, occasional business trips to other Sanofi sites, and English as the usual working language. /ph3Equal Opportunity Statement /h3pAt Sanofi, we provide equal opportunities to all regardless of race, colour, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, ability or gender identity. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
