Your mission You will connect RealtorList.Net solutions with real estate agencies, agents, and other industry professionals.

Your role will be to contact prospects, understand their needs, recommend the most relevant solution, manage the follow-up, and guide the opportunity through to a valid purchase.

You bring the initiative, communication, and commercial judgement. In your day-to-day activity, you will: Contact assigned or identified professional leads. Understand the prospect's business, goals, and current challenges. Present the most relevant RealtorList product or visibility plan. Manage follow-ups through phone, email, and the available digital tools. Keep your CRM pipeline, contacts, notes, and tasks accurately updated. Reactivate opportunities through consistent and relevant follow-up. Support the prospect from the first conversation to a valid sale. Focus on outcomes rather than simply sharing information. Key requirements Spanish and English
- At least one year of commercial, B2B, or business-development experience.
- Experience managing a complete sales cycle.
- Confidence using a CRM to record contacts, tasks, follow-ups, and opportunities.
- Strong professional communication by phone and email.
- Ability to work remotely and organise your activity independently.
- A proactive closing mindset.
- Responsible use of professional data, contacts, and commercial materials.
- Valid self-employed or independent professional status.
Experience in real estate, PropTech, digital services, Account Executive, BDR, SDR, or consultative sales roles is valuable but not essential. :) Conditions 100% remote collaboration.
