Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Industrial Director based in Logroño, Spain. The Industrial Director will oversee daily operations to ensure smooth production processes, manage production planning and project execution, and lead cross-functional teams. This role involves identifying and implementing efficiency improvements, establishing and achieving production targets, and maintaining compliance with industry and environmental standards. The candidate will also collaborate closely with the sales team to align production capabilities with business goals. Qualifications MASTER BLACK BELT OR BLACK BELT EN LEAN OBLIGATORIO. Strong expertise in Production Planning and Production Management to ensure smooth and effective operations. Proven experience in Team Management and Project Management to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results on time. Solid understanding of Sales principles and the ability to align production with business objectives. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, along with a strategic mindset. Familiarity with sustainability principles and Circular Economy practices is highly advantageous.
