At HBX Group, we believe btech + data + people /b is what truly sets us apart. /ppbr/ppbJob Summary /b /ppThe Integrations Executive manages the end‑to‑end onboarding and certification of client partners across API, WLP and Backoffice integrations. This role ensures correct setup, smooth technical implementation, and timely launch of CARNECT content in partner sales channels. Acting as the single point of contact during integration, the Integrations Executive guides partners, coordinates internally, maintains documentation and delivers final certification reports. /ppThe role requires strong comfort with technology (especially the ability to read and understand XML), solid data‑analysis capabilities, and experience working with large data platforms such as Tableau. Previous exposure to tourism, technical optimisation, product, sales or integrations‑focused teams is highly valued. English fluency is essential. /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities /b /pulliLead partner integrations through to final certification, ensuring accuracy, quality and on‑time delivery. /liliValidate internal and partner setup; monitor testing, timelines and launch readiness. /liliProduce complete certification reports and maintain accurate Salesforce records. /liliAct as the single point of contact for partners and internal teams during integration. /liliGuide partners through onboarding, troubleshooting and best‑practice implementation. /liliBuild trust by providing clear technical guidance throughout the process. /liliSupport Sales during negotiations to determine the optimal integration model. /liliCollaborate with Operations and Development teams to update API/OTA‑aligned interface documentation. /liliCoordinate resource needs and ensure alignment between commercial and technical teams. /liliMonitor test results, integration progress and certification status. /liliFollow established processes to ensure efficient, consistent and compliant delivery. /liliIdentify risks early and drive resolution to maintain launch quality. /liliEnsure accurate documentation and consistent use of tools (Salesforce, Confluence, etc.). /liliContribute to continuous improvement of integration processes and documentation standards. /li /ulpbr/ppbSkillset and Experience Required /b /pulliComfortable with technology and able to read and understand simple programming structures (XML strongly preferred). /liliStrong data‑analysis skills, including the ability to interpret outputs from big data platforms such as Tableau or similar. /liliExcellent written and spoken English. /liliCustomer‑focused with strong communication skills and a solution‑oriented mindset. /liliHighly organised, diligent and able to prioritise effectively. /liliProactive, autonomous and a strong team player. /liliUnderstanding of Web APIs, XML, SQL and SOAP. /liliExperience with Salesforce and Confluence desirable. /liliExperience in the travel, tourism, car rental or tour operator industry preferred. /liliPrevious experience in integrations, technical optimisation, or product/technical sales roles is beneficial. /liliCandidates with product or sales backgrounds may also be a strong fit if they bring strong technical acumen. /liliProven customer‑facing experience and ability to support technical onboarding processes. /li /ulpbr/ppAt HBX Group, we believe that diversity drives innovation and makes travel a force for good. /ppWe're committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected. /ppJoin us and be part of a team where equal opportunities truly make a difference. /p
