This is a techno-functional role for someone who is comfortable moving between business language, structured methodologies, and AI-assisted requirement engineering. /p pYou will work at the point where ambiguity becomes clarity: understanding what the business really needs, translating that intent into formats AI can work with, challenging outputs against expectations, and refining the result with subject matter experts and stakeholders until it is usable, robust, and aligned with the real need. /p pAt NTT DATA, you will do this in an environment where technology matters, but so does how people work together. Our focus is to create business and technology solutions that respond to real client needs through collaboration, innovation and strong human quality. /p h3What makes this opportunity different /h3 pThis is not a traditional Business Analyst role, and it is not a purely technical AI position either. /p pIt is a role for someone who can: /p ul liunderstand business intent with depth, /li litranslate it into structured AI-consumable inputs, /li livalidate generated outputs critically, /li liand connect business expectations with technology execution in a meaningful way. /li /ul pIn other words, you will help make AI useful where it often fails: in the quality of the input, the interpretation of the requirement, and the validation of the result. /p h3Your mission /h3 pYou will act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring that generated specifications, requirements, and outputs are consistent with business goals and usable in real delivery contexts. /p ul liTranslate business intent into structured, AI-consumable inputs. /li liValidate AI-generated outputs against business expectations and functional needs. /li liWork closely with SMEs, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to refine requirements and close ambiguity gaps. /li liApply BPM methodologies and frameworks such as BMAT in requirement analysis and validation. /li liDrive structured validation approaches in AI-assisted requirement engineering scenarios. /li liPerform gap analysis between business needs, generated outputs, and target specifications. /li liSupport the creation of reliable functional artefacts that can be taken forward by delivery teams. /li liEnsure alignment between business priorities, generated specifications, and implementation reality. /li /ul h3What we are looking for /h3 ul liAround 4 years of experience in a techno-functional, business analysis, functional consulting, or requirements engineering role. /li liExperience acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. /li liStrong understanding of BPM methodologies and frameworks, ideally including BMAT. /li liProven ability to validate requirements in a structured way, not just document them. /li liExperience with gap analysis approaches as an alternative to traditional requirement creation. /li liStrong communication skills with both business and technical audiences. /li liAbility to challenge outputs, ask better questions, and improve the quality of what goes into and comes out of AI-supported processes. /li liExperience in insurance or highly regulated business environments will be especially valuable. /li liProfessional level of English. /li /ul h3What you will find at NTT DATA /h3 pAt NTT DATA, growth is not something we talk about in abstract terms.
