Job Summary
Curious about how flavours are created, tested, and brought to life? Join our Flavour Design Lab in Barcelona as an Intern and gain hands‑on exposure to the world of flavours while supporting daily lab activities and ongoing projects.
What You Will Do
Support daily lab operations, including:
Organising and maintaining sample inventories and collections
Renewing and managing flavour samples
Assist with sensory evaluations and tastings:
Preparing tasting samples in simple bases
Participating in tastings and learning structured flavour evaluation
Develop flavour language skills:
Organising tastings
Learning how to describe flavours by tonalities
Handle sample logistics:
Purchasing samples
Creating labels and supporting sample packaging
Support flavour design projects, including:
Elaboration and documentation of prototypes
Tasting and evaluation of prototypes
Comparing samples against standards or references
Assist with regulatory checks:
Verifying basic legislation requirements against project briefs
