PURPOSE OF THE ROLE At NaviLens, we are looking for an International Sales Account Manager to drive international sales of NaviLens’ inclusive technology by identifying opportunities, building strong relationships with strategic partners, and leading the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure—contributing to the global mission of improving accessibility for all.
Lead the end-to-end sales process in assigned regions (from lead generation to closing deals).
Manage a pipeline of public and private sector opportunities: transit agencies, municipalities, FMCG brands, cultural institutions, and accessibility consultants.
Develop proposals, business cases, and presentations tailored to the stakeholder profile and local context.
Account and Territory Management
Collaborate with marketing and operations to support localized outreach and deployment.
Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast updates.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, International Relations, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
3–5 years in international B2B sales, ideally in tech, accessibility, mobility, or smart city sectors
~ Familiarity with public procurement and sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
~ Fluency in English; other languages (especially Spanish, French, Arabic, or German) are a plus
Strong digital and CRM proficiency
