Job Description
As part of Mantu’s growth, we are looking for a new talent within our international mobility team. You will play a key role in supporting our teams and ensuring smooth international assignments and transfers across the Mantu community.
Your missions
Own and manage international mobility operations across the Americas and Iberia regions, acting as the primary point of contact for those areas.
Assess the feasibility of international moves based on business needs and organisational strategy.
Advise teams and managers on international mobility policies, immigration requirements, and compliance matters.
Lead the preparation of Cost Projections and Gross-to-Net calculations, bringing your expertise to build accurate and reliable scenarios.
Coordinate with external providers (immigration, relocation, tax) to deliver a seamless experience to our employees.
Draft and review assignment letters, contracts, and all documentation related to international moves.
Support the integration of relocated employees throughout their onboarding and settling‑in journey.
Monitor and report on mobility cases, providing clear and regular updates to stakeholders.
Serve as the team's Tax Subject Matter Expert, managing tax‑related matters for international assignments and ensuring compliance across jurisdictions.
Keep a close watch on international mobility trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to continuously enhance our approach.
Your profile
Experience in tax or international mobility (2 - 4 years).
Proficiency with HRIS or mobility management tools.
Academic background: degree in Human Resources, International Business or Law.
English and Spanish fluent.
You demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
You demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
You demonstrate adaptability and problem‑solving abilities.
You demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
You demonstrate a proactive and client‑oriented mindset.
Experience with generative AI tools is also required.
