We are looking for an International Recruiter Intern to support our recruitment and candidate management team.
This internship is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands‑on experience in recruitment, international hiring, candidate communication and online job platforms.
Tasks
What you will do
As an International Recruiter Intern, you will support the team with:
Screening and reviewing candidate applications
Contacting candidates by email, phone or WhatsApp
Matching candidates with suitable international job opportunities
Helping candidates understand the recruitment process and relocation options
Updating candidate information in our CRM
Supporting the team with follow‑ups and recruitment pipelines
Posting and updating job offers on City Job Offers and partner platforms
Assisting with basic market research and candidate sourcing
Collaborating with the marketing team to improve candidate attraction
Requirements
You are a good fit if you:
Are currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business, Marketing, Communication, Psychology, International Relations or a related field
Are interested in recruitment and international job markets
Have strong communication skills
Are organized and proactive
Feel comfortable working with online tools, spreadsheets and CRM systems
Have a positive and candidate‑focused attitude
Speak fluent English
Speak another European language such as German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish or Finnish — this is a plus
Previous recruitment experience is not required. We value motivation, curiosity and willingness to learn.
