At ING, the projects we develop impact millions of clients worldwide and enable the digital transformation of ING.- Collaborate in the design, development and test of the code that will shape the different components of the application, ensuring that they meet the requirements of functionality, quality and performance.- Deliver a working software in Production by giving the best use to technology and development practices, including documentation and parameters that help reach that goal.- Support Production by analysis and fixing any bugs that occur, and contribute to improve the technical discipline by collaborating with the cross technical chapter.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree preferably in computer science, Informatics, Software Engineering or Mathematics (with clear programming affinity).- Master’s degree.- Passionate about technology.- Enthusiastic and consider the interests of our customers and colleagues.- Innovative mindset about banking and an unconditional drive to turn ideas into reality.- Interested in learning more about banking/finance.- Act with integrity and responsibility.- Maximum of 2 years of professional experience.- Extra‑curricular activities (such as board or committee experience, volunteer work, internships) to prove leadership development and affinity with the track.BenefitsOur model is all about flexibility and accountability.
