Tenth Revolution Group is looking for aproactive IT Support Internto join our Barcelona office and support our growing international teams.This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience inIT support within a fast-paced international business environment.You will work closely with our internal IT team to ensure smooth daily operations and provide support to employees across the office.Your Responsibilities
As an IT Intern, you will support the team with:Managing and resolvingIT support tickets
Assisting withemployee onboarding and offboarding(hardware setup, accounts, access)
Preparing and configuringlaptops and IT equipment
Providingfirst-line technical supportto employees
Supporting withsoftware installations and updates
Helping maintain IT inventory and equipment tracking
Assisting withoffice IT infrastructure maintenance
Supporting the team with general IT troubleshootingWhat We’re Looking For
Currently studyingIT, Computer Science, or related field
Basic knowledge ofWindows / Mac environments
Familiarity withMicrosoft 365tools
Strong problem-solving mindset
Good communication skills
Fluent English (Spanish is a plus)
Organized and proactive attitudeWhat We Offer
